All extensions continue to ring out from 02837518383. This needs to be stopped, I never asked for this to happen and its causing significant problems. All extensions should Ringout from the Ringout number recorded in the BRD once ported and prior to porting from their dummy number. I will ask our accounts team to forward you a bill from B4B if that is helpful.
